Dr Kinjal Doshi is a principal clinical psychologist with the newly formed Department of Psychology at Singapore General Hospital. Her clinical work involves neuropsychological assessments and providing psychotherapy for patients with neurological and chronic medical conditions, as well as for their family caregivers. She is frequently called upon to assist in mental capacity assessments of patients with cognitive and or functional impairments. She is also a clinical educator, supervising postgraduate clinical psychology students. Cyl also adopted agile methodology by designing new talent processes and develop agile lite HR workflows to build HR capabilities (i.e. agility skills) in Asia. She also designed gamified learning together with role plays as part of the Managerial Development Tool Kit – Performance & Compensation Management. Lastly, she introduced a new pulse survey tool to seek real time feedback from our employees to improve business processes/company operations.

Prior to his candidature, he has worked in mental health settings in the United States and Hong Kong. His current clinical work involves providing IQ assessments for pre-NS enlistees and psychotherapy for patients struggling with mood and anxiety disorders.

Before embarking on a HR career, he was a Human Capital Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Eugene is currently the Asia Pacific Sr. HR Director at Danaher Corporation (Dental Platform). Prior to joining Danaher, Eugene was the Regional HR Director at Kimberly-Clark.

Eugene graduated with a Business Administration degree from the National University Singapore and has an MBA (International Marketing) from Surrey University, UK. He was a key appointment holder with the Singapore Armed Forces’ Army reserve and continues to serve actively in defence related organizations. He plays the guitar and performs occasionally with his jazz trio.
