John Man is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Business Process Transformation Champion where his primary expertise is in organizational performance and excellence. John enables managers and leaders to learn and apply tested methods that impact on the productivity of the organization and the quality of products and services delivered to stakeholders. He also deploys systems and structures in the work place that impact on business performance and process improvement and coach management teams to complete projects that implement value added changes in the organization.


As the principal director of Smart Process International (SPI), John act as a Business Process Transformation Lead. Besides that, he is the fellow of World Academy of Productivity Science and Six Sigma Society of Hong Kong. He has also been awarded as Outstanding Partner Lean Six Sigma by the Hong Kong Productivity Council.


John’s capabilities are based on more than 20 years of training and consulting work in the Asia Pacific Region. Through the exposure gained, he has refined the approaches and methods that enable people and organizations to achieve higher levels of work place performance and quality of work life.

This course has been independently certified as conforming to accepted CPD guidelines. On average, this executive program contributes 16 hours towards your CPD.

Program Summary

This comprehensive 2-day program will give you the tools and techniques required to model and map a successful business process re-design and implementation. You will learn how to diagnose and map your current business process inefficiencies and pain points with the latest business process models and visualization tools and map the step-by-step improvements required to achieve your desired outcome.  You will also discover how to embark on relentless root cause analysis in diagnosing your current process and formulate a process standardization to improve your eventual process outcome with effective control plans and documentations.

 

This program will also examine the key business process metrics and enterprise dashboards you need to track to ensure your implementation is moving in line with your goals. At the end of the program, you will be equipped with hands-on tools and time tested frameworks to detail out the business processes.
