Introduction

Project Management is growing exponentially. As the business world grows more competitive, organizations find it necessary to take on an increasing number of projects. With projects becoming more and more complex, the demand for the knowledge, skills, and expertise of the project manager has increased correspondingly. Effective project management is how organizations streamline in order to improve productivity. As businesses are restructuring, project managers take over many responsibilities. You will be exposed to international human resource management where you will be taught to understand the different approaches being used in the organization. You will also learn about capital budgeting and cost controlling in order for you to maximize profits through project delivery in your organization.

At the end of this program, you will earn the certification as Masters in International Project Manager (MIPM™) – a worldwide recognized credential which can be reflected on your CV and business cards.
