Hanan Gamali, 3 Step HR

 

Hanan Gamali is an established HR Leader. With over 20 years of international HR experience, she has led transformational and complex changes in all organizations she headed. She is most recently the Chief Organization Development Officer at Emirates Global Aluminium, a joint venture between Mubadala and Dubai Aluminium (DUBAL), the world’s largest single site aluminium smelter. Prior to this, she was the Head of Human Resources at Australia Broadcasting Commission and Head of Human Resources at Australia Post. During these periods, she led a major HR and organizational transformation within the organization while at the same time managed employee and industrial relations with over 4,000 employees in complex and culturally diverse environments undergoing significant change.

 

She is currently a Board Member at National Training Standard Initiative - an independent initiative that provides leadership to the community by setting the national benchmark for training. Hanan has attained post graduate qualifications from Victoria University. She has been practicing as a senior Human Resources Professional for over 20 years and is currently based in Dubai.

Led by our established HR Leader who has over 20 years of international HR experience in organizational transformation, Ms. Hanan Gamali will guide you on how to develop and implement strategic human resources management policies and procedures that drive individual and organizational success. You will also be able to gain insights on assessing your organization performance by utilizing performance management processes that can support both global and local business objectives.

 

You will also be guided with proven global talent management strategies that will effectively optimize your employees’ performance and career path as well as attract the right talent to the organization. Certification Requirements

Delegates must meet the following criteria to be eligible to become CHRP:

  • Attendance – Delegates must attend all sessions of the course. Delegates who miss more than two hours of the course sessions will not be eligible to sit for the course exam
  • Examination – All individuals who have attended Clariden’s certification program led by IABFM have successfully passed all exams and have attained their professional designations
  • Successful completion of the course assessment – After successfully passing the exam, the certificate will be prepared by the IABFM and will be directly posted to your company address

Compensation and Benefits and Organizational Effectiveness

  • Development of global compensation strategies aligned to support the organization’s business requirements whilst maintaining employee engagement
  • Compensation Strategies and programs for employees working in each country of operation, including those on long or short term assignments, including home country and local employment
  • Designing an Effective Employee Engagement Plan and Strategy
  • Organizational structures, programs and processes to effectively develop and engage a global workforce aligned with the organization’s business needs, culture and values
  • Performance Management processes that support both global and local business objectives and that are culturally appropriate
  • Global organizational programs and practices that support virtual or geographically dispersed teams (succession, career development and leadership development)

 

CHRP EXAMINATION

Only those who successfully complete the exam will receive the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
