Phil Leifermann is one of the region’s most respected management assurance experts, specializing in governance, internal audit, IT audit, risk management and compliance. He has over 30 years of consulting experience, and has successfully completed projects in Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. 

He was the Managing Director at Insight Consulting for 16 years and a Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 14 years. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia, a Bachelor of Business majoring in accounting and information systems from the Southern Cross University. He has earned various professional certifications from IIA, ISACA and ACFE such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certification in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA), Certified Government Audit Professional (CGAP), Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
