Introduction

Supply chains are the lifeblood of most companies. To win in the marketplace, companies need to create versatile supply chains that can rapidly adapt to changing market conditions.

The Certified International Supply Chain Professional (CiSP) program is designed to prepare supply chain professionals for advanced management roles locally and internationally, with essential skills to raise operational efficiency, reduce cost and boost the competitiveness of supply chains.

Using SCM Globe, a new-edge supply chain simulation software, this program equips you with key supply chain skills in a fun and engaging manner. SCM Globe is a cloud-based supply chain modeling and simulation application that has received commendations from leading universities such as MIT, University of Maryland, Danish School of Business and corporate consultancy organizations around the globe.

Discover an effective way to optimize supply chain performance before implementation! Using a detailed framework on SCM Globe, you will be able to plan, design and build a smart and cost-effective supply chain model that can be tested and adjusted according to real-time feedback.

  • With real-time simulation, you can observe trends, pre-empt problems, uncover hidden inefficiencies and pinpoint areas for improvement in your supply chain operations instantly
  • Run simulations of different supply chain designs to see which ones work best and optimize them for various scenarios, by testing assumptions regarding demand, costs, lead times and availability
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses on your supply chain models in a digital environment to ensure optimal operational efficiency, profitability and competitive position for your organization and its supply chain partners
  • Model end-to-end supply chain with a focus on all aspects of supply chain operations, including sourcing, production, inventory, and transportation

As additional benefits of attending this certification program, you will gain membership to the only professional body recognized by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AASCB), the world’s leading collection of business schools, as well as access to education centers in USA, UK, Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America. At the end of this program, you will attain the joint certification of a Certified International Supply Chain Professional
(CiSP)™ and an Associate Certification in International Supply Chain Modelling (ACiSM)™ that you can use in your resume and business card, as well as up to 24 PDU / CPD hours.
