John Man, Business Process Transformation Champion
John Man is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Business Process Transformation Champion where his primary expertise is in organizational performance and excellence. John enables managers and leaders to learn and apply tested methods that impact on the productivity of the organization and the quality of products and services delivered to stakeholders. He also deploys systems and structures in the work place that impact on business performance and process improvement and coach management teams to complete projects that implement value added changes in the organization
As the principal director of Smart Process International (SPI), John act as a Business Process Transformation Lead. Besides that, he is the fellow of World Academy of Productivity Science and Six Sigma Society of Hong Kong. He has also been awarded as Outstanding Partner Lean Six Sigma by the Hong Kong Productivity Council.
John’s capabilities are based on more than 20 years of training and consulting work in the Asia Pacific Region. Through the exposure gained, he has refined the approaches and methods that enable people and organizations to achieve higher levels of work place performance and quality of work life.
