Elise has successfully transitioned from clinician (Registered Nurse), through to senior management levels in the health and aged care sector, and policy advisor in the Commonwealth and State government. She also works in local government and the corporate sector.

This session is about redefining your role as leader and mentor.

This highly interactive workshop, filled with case studies and live role play will assist you in realizing the opportunities that lie ahead, eliminating the fear of change and or failure and propel you towards leadership, communication and negotiation success.

Inclusive of engaging dynamic techniques we will show you methods and sharpen your current abilities and assist you to engage and bring on board; your boss, team members or stakeholders. Drive home your message with varying delivery styles and supreme confidence. Ideas and strategies to enable you to successfully be heard and acknowledged, proudly owing your space to achieve your desired outcomes and successfully  getting your message across most professionally and succinctly.
