Throughout my 25+ years experience I have had a range of roles in technology and leadership in Hong Kong and the U.S. with a focus on solving complex business problems and delivering world class solutions.

With a unique blend of delivering complex technology programs, managing P&L businesses and having worked on some of the most innovative fintech initiatives in the market, Ana Marinkovic is the former Head of Transformation – Change Management and Transformation Delivery for ANZ’s Agile enterprise wide program.  Subsequently she successfully delivered a major transformation program at the largest valuation firm in Australia and is currently working as a transformation lead in the insurance and government sector. In her career, Ana has held a number of senior roles across consumer and commercial banking, portfolio management, business set up, strategy, marketing, retention, digitisation and product development.  Ana holds a BA in Psychology & Political Science from University of Melbourne and MBA in Leadership and Communications from Deakin University.

Martin has been well recognised as one of the leading voices in the global outsourcing industry and its role in facilitating outsourcing success throughout the Asia-Pacific.

In November 2014 Martin was voted into the top five most influential and respected people in the global call centre outsourcing industry

Martin was a founding member of Standards Australia subcommittee which had a remit to create standards and best practices for the global ICT/BPO industry.

Martin was the former President of the Australian BPO Association and he is a director of a number of organisations, Including Pacific Accounting & Business Services a global bookkeeping business with a back office in India and VidCruiter a leading Recruitment Process Automation business head quartered in Canada. Martin also worked in a number of senior leadership roles including in the recruitment sector.

Martin is a BPO subject matter expert and has delivered keynote addresses at BPO – ICT and Shared Services conferences in many countries around the world.

Ann Thye has deep experience in helping the adoption of both business and technology in banking  and insurance and a range of other service industries, especially in relation to loan origination, underwriting, claims processing , service delivery and loyalty management

Senior finance professional with over fifteen years’ experience in Financial Services, supporting C suite and senior management with the development of strategies, financial plans, financial control activities, improvements in management and Board level reporting and governance processes.

Change management and project management experience including implementation and delivery of Board level change programs as well as functional and business initiatives.

 Currently working as the program manager and advisor to the VP and Chief Administration Officer at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Pavel is RPA and AI Evangelist with deep and broad experience in the business process automation field across different industries. He believes in profound changes that will happen in our business environment during the next few years and makes these changes real. Pavel known for his background in Agile practices and bringing them into RPA development model. Pavel is the founder and one of the leaders of Robotic Process Automation community in Australia.

Vikram is Director FinTech at SP Jain School of Global Management where he has designed Asia’s first interactive classroom led FinTech program featuring Blockchain, API Banking, AI/ML, RPA, AR/VR and IoT labs. He has authored several white papers and articles on FinTech domain. He has an extensive experience in banking, financial services, Fintech, consultancy and training domain. He is also associated as a mentor with various FinTech startups across the globe. He has been associated with YES Bank for more than a decade where he has made key contributions to Financial & Investor Strategy, Business Intelligence, and Business Development & Technology Solutions unit.

Coming from both a technical and management background with a wide variety of experiences, starting from an engineering trade, electronics and computing in the shipping industry, onto media and marketing management positions, including local government and most recently banking, Chris is well equipped to understand the wide-range of applications that RPA is ripe for.

Having been with Heritage Bank since early 2013, Chris has worked within the IT department as an Analyst/Programmer and now as a RPA Developer within the Business and Process Management department.   With hands-on in-depth experience designing and developing large, robust RPA solutions for the bank, Chris understands the complete life-cycle of automating complex manual processes and the major challenges that both technology and people bring to the mix of RPA projects.

As well as presently studying a Masters in Information Technology at Deakin University, Chris has completed a double degree in Arts (communications & Media) and Business (Marketing).

Rajesh Nair is the Head of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for DXC Technology in Australia & New Zealand. In this role, he leads the RPA Practice and delivery for both internal and external customers.

Rajesh and his team assist customers and DXC Technology business units in implementing new RPA-enabled solutions that help clients transform their business processes through the introduction of a Digital Workforce to reduce cost, improve compliance, enhance customer experience and improve workforce productivity.

Rajesh brings over 20 years of Six Sigma and Lean based Process Improvement. In addition to this, his experience of BPO, RPA, Systems Thinking and Business Process Technology Solutions has helped his clients across multiple geographies and industries, including non-English speaking countries.

In his previous organisation, Rajesh was the Head of Process Excellence and RPA, with a global FinTech leader where he introduced RPA in the organization, worked with large organisations in improving their Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and helped them succeed in with their digital contact channel strategy.

Creating value from Strategy to Execution

At the age of 17 and with $16,500 ‘negotiated’ from his parent’s, Peter took the keys of his first retail outlet. Cash strapped but with an appetite to learn cross functionally, he built a business that returned over 20% year on year revenue growth for the next 15 years.

Just after Y2K and looking for a new challenge, Peter entered Financial services and was responsible for the operational launch of a Franchise channel for ANZ, recovering a failing Credit Union (as CEO), expanding the distribution of one of Australia’s largest Mutual Banks (now called People’s Choice) into Melbourne and Sydney, as well as holding Executive and Senior Leadership positions across other companies including Wesfarmers, NAB and Australian Unity.

Peter now supports organisations through the lifecycle of business planning to business benefit realisation, ensuring that projects and feature prioritisation align to business purpose and best utilise the resources of organisations.

Chatur Bhuja Mishra is a technology lead in robotic process automation with significant experience in developing workflows to automate complex business processes, in system architecture and in management of robots and processes. His research and application development interests span efficiently automating, identified, business processes; building data analytics into RPA solutions; and minimizing operational costs, while setting up high density robots. He is an industry veteran in providing digital services and is working in the finance domain since 2014.

Eric Nguyen is an Automation and Data Insights lead at Telstra. With Internal and Business partners, he solves business problems via Automation, Data Insights and Agile ways of work.

Since Sept 2017, Eric has lead the launch and embedding of Robotic Process Automation at different levels of Telstra’s Global Service Delivery, through Project delivery and speaks.

John Gurguis is an automation specialist who helps companies start their RPA Automation journey.

Before the popularity of automation John worked in the financial industry for over 10 years. From humble beginnings, John started as a Teller for one of the 4 major banks in Australia. After a successful career helping banking clients and internal partners now John consults on RPA automation and specifically, how to get started on your RPA journey.

John recently provided guidance and insight delivering an on-boarding automation which has reduced customer wait time from 5 days to 10 minutes. Consequently, this resulted in a +43-point uplift in Net Promoter Score (-5 to +38) for the target segment.

John enjoys taking out his dirt bike on weekends (always looking for more riding partners) and sharing his vast array of knowledge and insight on RPA Automation.

Originally a Chartered Accountant from the north of England, Sandra is now Head of Process Governance and Architecture at BNZ, NAB’s New Zealand subsidiary.  She became interested in process while still an accountant, when she discovered Lean.  Initially she applied process best practice in her finance work, before moving to a career in all things process approximately ten years ago.  She introduced BNZ to RPA in 2015, and has been working alongside the RPA team since then, creating a strategic approach to ensuring BNZ derives greatest value from its investment in RPA and other automation technologies, and operates effective process governance generally .  Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dogs, discovering and making the most of NZ’s beaches and oceans.
