Payment Terms

Payment to be made within 7 days of invoicing. Full payment must be received prior to the event to confirm your seat(s) in the event. Please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Cancellations

Once we have received your registration, the place(s) are confirmed. No refunds will be made for any cancellations, however, program credits of equivalent value only applicable for Clariden Global events will be provided. Credits can only be redeemed for 1 program and is valid for 1 year from date of issue. All cancellations must be received in written form at least 5 working days of advance notice to Clariden Global. Cancellations made less than 5 working days before the event start date will not receive program credits. Non-payment or non-attendance does not constitute cancellation. Clariden Global reserves the right to change the content and timing of the program, the speakers and the date and venue due to reasons beyond their control. If in the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, Clariden Global will refund the full amount and disclaim any further liability.

Substitutions

Substitution with a qualified candidate is allowed by providing at least 5 working days of advance notice to Clariden Global. A maximum of only one substitute will be permitted. After the substitution is complete, no cancellation can be accepted and the full invoiced fee will be charged. Transfers are subject to payment of the difference on higher value courses.

Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual Property rights in all materials produced or distributed by Clariden Global is expressly reserved and any unauthorised duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.

Client Personal Data Information

Client personal data information is kept on our database and used to assist in providing selected products and services which maybe of interest to the Client and which will be communicated by letter, phone, fax, email or other electronic means.

By registering to Clariden Global events, you have given your consent for potential sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers to contact with you in regards to development of future business opportunities and relationships. Sponsors may contact you as a follow-up from your attendance of CFO Summit. Use of your contact data is governed by the sponsor’s Privacy Policy. If you choose to opt out of this communication, please send us an email at [email protected]. We will respect your privacy and remove you from such communications.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Singapore.
