Oliver became Head of the UK’s National Cyber Crime Unit (NCCU) in January 2017. Prior to this, he led the NCCU’s Strategy and Intelligence Department; with responsibility for mapping and prioritising the UK’s cybercrime threats, and implementing a long-term response. Oliver also led on domestic and international cyber partnerships, and a multi-million pound investment programme in new skills and technology. Oliver has worked in the National Crime Agency since 2013, prior to which he led the design and build of the NCCU from within the UK’s Home Office. He has held various other operational and policy positions in UK Government since 2007.

Cameron is a specialist in the field of CBRN counter terrorism having spent ten years in leading roles with responsibility for developing the UK’s multi-agency CBRN capabilities and response plans. Cameron recently retired from the UK police service as Deputy Head of the UK’s National CBRN Centre where he held the rank of Police Chief Inspector and was also Chair of the UK’s National Emergency Services CBRN Practitioners Forum. Cameron is an experienced police commander and leader with a wide variety of qualifications and experience in the fields of specialist operations, crime investigations, major incidents, emergency planning, and multi-agency interoperability. Cameron continues to work internationally on the design and delivery of training courses, workshops and exercises and acts as an expert advisor to various organisations, including the European Commission, on CBRN and counter-terrorism.

Barry is a crisis management, security, and CBRN counter-terrorism subject matter expert with experience working in emergency management, resilience, and security, as well as 25 years in the military delivering specialist capabilities, Barry is an all-around civil and military crossover expert. Whilst serving in the military, Barry’s specialist CBRN unit was awarded the Government’s Chief Scientific Advisor’s Commendation for achievements under his command. Barry was also specially selected to be seconded to the Home Office for national major counter-terrorism incident response planning and exercising, including for the 2012 Olympics. He is the Chairperson of the Emergency Planning Society CBRN Professional Working Group, as well as Military Reservist Officer working in specialist CBRN.
