She is also Six Sigma trained, Black Belt and Project Manager qualified. Her expertise is mainly mining and machine performance analysis and cost modelling applying data analytics and machine learning in engineering and business management.

Andrew co-founded Relken Engineering, a consultancy that operates across the defence, aviation, maritime, mining, utilities and nuclear industries, that recently won the 2016 Telstra Business Awards.

His early career experience includes Production Manager, Engineering Manager, Production Superintendent, Maintenance Superintendent and various engineering roles at Incitec Pivot, BHP Billiton, South Blackwater Coal and Boyne Smelters (now part of Rio Tinto Aluminium). He also helped Ausenco Rylson establish its the North American business arm and led asset maintenance management audit and benchmarking assessments globally. He is now responsible for developing SIRF’s Industrial Maintenance Roundtables in Queensland, New South Wales and New Zealand.

Colonel Evans has served for over 30 years in the army, with his career being dominated by aviation maintenance. He has lead and managed aviation workshops and logistics organisations at the Squadron and Regiment levels and, as a Lieutenant Colonel, was Commanding Officer of a Joint Logistics Unit. He has been heavily involved in the acquisition, introduction into service and ongoing sustainment of the Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter (Eurocopter Tiger) capability. In more recent years, Colonel Evans was a senior staff officer advising and governing technical airworthiness and logistics matters in Headquarters Forces Command. Currently, he is the Program Manager for a 5 year strategic reform of aviation maintenance and logistics.
