Innovative Build-To-Rent-To-Own Model: Why Assemble’s Housing Model Is A Game Changer |
Assemble’s innovative alternative housing model, known as Assemble Futures, offers a genuine pathway to homeownership. Residents begin their journey in an Assemble apartment development with a five-year lease, with an option to purchase their apartment at a pre-agreed price, at the end of the lease period. The company also offers complementary financial coaching to residents to help them achieve their savings goals to buy their apartment at the end of the lease if they decide they want to. The developer currently has three projects on offer under the Assemble Futures housing model in Victoria, and launched its latest at 4 Ballarat St, Brunswick earlier this year to meet the demand. |

Considering Deliveries Into The Building For Sustainable BTR Communities |
Deliveries into the building are an important aspect of property management and design when developing successful sustainable Build-To-Rent communities. Tenants are demanding more sustainable homes as well as the convenience and flexibility of modern technology. Solving sustainable deliveries in the built environment is part of the current set of challenges. According to the Australian Retailers Association, the pandemic accelerated retail trends by a decade. As BTR takes hold in Australia, the opportunity to respond to the current challenge – with a sustainable solution – is enormous. On-premises delivery lockers allow asset owners to satisfy modern expectations and retain tenants, achieving lower operational costs and higher yields whilst also supporting sustainability and wider ESG goals. |
