In WDA, he was part of the business transformation team to establish the strategic long-term planning capability. He was instrumental in conceptualizing the Individual Learning Portfolio (ILP), now known as MySkillsFuture, a national one-stop online portal to help citizens make informed choices on jobs and training opportunities. He went on to transform SSI into a blended learning environment, using innovative pedagogies and learning technologies, to prepare the social service sector as part of the national SkillsFuture initiative.

Dr Kinjal Doshi is a principal clinical psychologist with the newly formed Department of Psychology at Singapore General Hospital. Her clinical work involves neuropsychological assessments and providing psychotherapy for patients with neurological and chronic medical conditions, as well as for their family caregivers. She is frequently called upon to assist in mental capacity assessments of patients with cognitive and or functional impairments. She is also a clinical educator, supervising postgraduate clinical psychology students. Dr Doshi engages in clinical research aimed at developing interventions to improve patient and caregiver well-being.
Her role as an educator has provided opportunities to share her expertise, train allied health professionals, nurses and clinicians on the mental capacity act, as well as introduce the roles and responsibilities that come with being a pincipal clinical psychologist.

He has led HR teams across various geographies (US, Latin America, CEEMEA and Asia Pacific) and industries, working closely with business leaders in companies including Kimberly-Clarke, Applied Materials, Hewlett Packard, IBM and Accenture. Before embarking on a HR career, he was a Human Capital Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Eugene is currently the Asia Pacific Sr. HR Director at Danaher Corporation (Dental Platform). Prior to joining Danaher, Eugene was the Regional HR Director at Kimberly-Clark.
Eugene graduated with a Business Administration degree from the National University Singapore and has an MBA (International Marketing) from Surrey University, UK. He was a key appointment holder with the Singapore Armed Forces’ Army reserve and continues to serve actively in defence related organizations. He plays the guitar and performs occasionally with his jazz trio.
