Mike has 15 years of experience in international PR, Communications and Marketing roles in the energy, rail and tech sectors, specifically in the UK, France, Switzerland and Australia. He has lead projects across Europe, Asia Pacific, North America and South Africa. He is experienced in managing corporate reputation by working closely with leadership and employee groups in the context of significant organizational change.

At the very beginning of 2016, she joined the Workplace Experience Team at GE, focusing on Employees Experience and Culture change using the workplace transformation to new ways of working.
She have a strong ability to work in teams, with various culture and think critically in a demanding environment. Articulate communicator both verbally and written, capable of moving assignments forward with minimal supervision. Particularly effective in building long-term relationships, engaging key stakeholders, generating consensus as well as change management.
