She leverages her background in social enterprises to lead the Labor Solutions global team in developing high-quality human resource technology tools designed specifically for manufacturing environments. Labor Solutions is currently active in over 17 countries and serving more than a million workers.

Labor Solutions’ flagship product, WOVO is a technology-based worker voice and wellbeing tool that includes coaching, human resources tools, surveys, e-learning and analytics. WOVO connects employers and employees directly, ensuring equal access to training, information and management. Labor Solutions’ tools also include Labor Line, a traditional third-party grievance and help line, as well as worker surveys and consulting.

Before joining Workplace Options, Elena worked with several leading organizations in Indonesia to design and develop sustainable business solutions to address development challenges. Prior to GB, he held leadership positions in HR, as well as legal & corporate services in several public-listed companies in a diverse range of industries including investment holdings, land transport, leisure and hospitality, information technology, shipping and business process outsourcing in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

He firmly believes that empowering HR is the foundation for business success and has featured prominently as speaker and panelist in various international level HR conferences. Annie has over 23 years of experience in the areas of Talent Management & Acquisition, Career Transition & Leadership Development, HR transformation, Change Management and International Recruitment. Annie graduated from The George Washington University (USA) with a Master’s in Human Resource Development (HRD) and a Degree in Business Marketing from the Monash University (Australia). She is also an alumni member of the IMD (Lausanne) business school. Annie enjoys being an in-house trainer for best talent acquisition and management practices, and is a certified coach in 360 degrees, SHL OPQ and DISC.

Sanofi has appointed Annie Lim as Global diversity and inclusion (D&I) lead, based in Singapore. In this global role, she manages and implements global strategic enterprise programs, develops and deploys global inclusive workplace practices, evolves cultural efforts to embed D&I into human capital strategy, drives women leadership advancement and enhance organizational engagement/EVP. She has spent 10 years based in Shanghai setting up Talent Acquisition CoE, moved to Australia for a short stint as the Regional Lead of Talent Management driving talent development exchange for Asia Pacific to accelerate talent growth.

Prior to joining Sanofi, French Pharmaceuticals healthcare major, Annie is with Pall Life Sciences, GSK, Adecco, Lee Hecht Harrison.

In her past remit, she has set up training academy, recruitment center, executive search, staffing and outplacement services as well as driving HR transformation change including ATS systems (Workday, Taleo, Success Factors) using hybrid models. Her regional HR success includes harmonizing processes, set up robust governance structure and sustainable improvements on compliance driving large scale HR projects.
